LG Cookie
The LG Cookie or the LG KP500 as it was known a few weeks ago is supposedly going to be priced in or around 170 Euros for a touch screen phone. The phone comes with 3? 240×400px 262K colour TFT display/touchscreen, Virtual on-screen QWERTY keyboard is Quadband GSM. It will also include FM Radio, microSD memory card slot, Bluetooth, FM Radio and a few other things. Once thing it is lacking is WiFi and GPS and before I forget 3G but for under 200 euro it’s still sounds like a great phone.
LG Prada II Phone Announced
LG and Prada have announced another partnership and phone launch. The LG Prada phone is almost identical looking to first phone but have added a QWERTY Keyboard along with the additional on-screen, call and hang-up buttons to simply add to the original minimal concept.
This time around the phone will support 3G compatibility with video calling. It will come with a 5 mega pixel camera with Schneider-Kreuznach certified lens, WiFI, full HTML browser and 7.2Mbps HSDPA.
The phone is expected to launch Q4 2008 in the UK, France, Germany, Spain and the Nether land for around €600

LG Prada II in Later This Year
As was expected LG have announced the launch of their second LG Prada phone in Q4 this year. The phone will come with a QWERTY slider keyboard, FM Radio, bluetooth, microSDHC card slot and will have a 3-inch touch screen. Oh and not forgetting WiFi.
From the picture it looks like a really nice phone, hopefully over the next few week we’ll have better photos.
LG Shine pics in Pink
Just came across these LG Shine picture that I wanted to share - the shine has been around a while but the pink is new and looks nice in the brushed metal exterior.
The New LG VX8610 Chocolate Phone
The new LG VX8610 is a slider phone with a 2 megapixel camera, QVGA display screen and microSD card slot. It will probably replace the VX8550 Chocolate and is heading for the US on the Verizon Wireless network.
From the pictures we’ve seen it looks like a nice phone, it’s a unique design, and comes with integrated bluetooth headset.A nice feature is the headset is fixed on the back cover, user can just release the bluetooth headset from the clip and start using it.

Korean man killed by exploding mobile phone
According to the AP, a quarry worker in South Korea was found dead on Wednesday with the remnants of an LG mobile melted into his shirt pocket.
For its part, while acknowledging that one of its phones was indeed the culprit, LG reportedly claimed that dying due to such an accident was “virtually impossible.”
I have no idea if this story is true or not just that most man tend to keep their mobile in their trouser pocket so just be warned.
LG Shine Wood LB2005H
The LG Shine Wood (LB2005H) is new from LG with a stainless steel cover that is etched to look like wood. As ever with nice looking phones this is only available in Korea at the moment.
It comes with DMB-TV, a two-mega pixel camera, MP3 player, Bluetooth and an Electronic Dictionary. Don’t think we will see this in Ireland but you can always shop on ebay for one. Really nice looking phone and cost around $500.
LG KS20 Video
This is the LG ks20 which looks like an LG Prada but running windows mobile 6, the phone comes with HSDPA high-speed, dual-cameras for video conferencing and full internet access.
LG Prada 24ct Gold Edition
A company in the UK are selling Gold plated LG Prada’s, this limited edition is selling for £500 Stg.
