The Samsung Galaxy Camera comes with a 4.8-inch high-definition capacitive touchscreen and a is a 16 megapixel zoom, it had built-in optical image stabilisation a 21x optical zoom with a focal range equivalent to 23-483mm. It runs on the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system and you can connect using Wi-Fi and 3G/4G connectivity.
If your looking to record you get can record Full 1080p HD movies. But, one really nice feature is you can record slow-motion video at up to 120 frames per second. Something I’ve not seen before is voice control which allows you to command the camera to zoom in, zoom out and take a shot without touching it.
What we like
It really has an attractive design and all the benefits that we know from the Galaxy S3. It’s allows you to do photo and video processing and comes with lots of sharing apps like Youtube, Facebook and Twitter and you can even back up everything to Dropbox for safe keeping.
The Samsung Galaxy Camera gives us a tantalizing glimpse of where the market is heading. It’s a highly connected camera that comes with a robust app ecosystem which is always improving. If you’re considering a camera you should take a little time to look at this next generation camera.
