Sony Ericsson W995a ready to launch in the USA
Here we have an image of the Sony Ericsson W995a which is now being passed by the FCC in the USA. Basically every phone is going to be sold in the US most first of all be approved by the FCC that’s why we sometimes see these kind of funny photographs with stickers and rulers measuring the size of a phone.
We know for a fact that it will come with an 8.1 megapixel camera so should be able to take nice quality images. It’s a quad-band EDGE and WCDMA bands 850 and 1900MHz for Canada and the US. So far there have been no reports as to which network this will be heading for in the United States. It’s quite a nice phone.
If you have time to look at the video commercial below which highlights some of the features and benefits. Although this is a Walkman branded phone it’s unusual that it also features an 8.1pixel camera which you would expect from Sony Ericsson will offer super video playback and should be able to take weepy good photographs for printing at a later stage if needed.
