The Nokia Tube

So this is the Nokia Tube, is this Nokia’s answer to the iPhone?

The phone will be touch-based and feature Java support (not on the iPhone)

- should be available first quarter of 2009
- first S60 touch phone
- it will not be the flagship (a better device will be announced after this one)
- 3 inch high resolution 16:9 touchscreen
- AF camera (not as good as Nseries but better than iPhone)
- bluetooth
- uPnP
- GPRS/EDGE/UMTS/HSDPA
- WLAn
- GPS with geotagging
- tactile feedback but no multitouch
- similar to Nokia N73 size (a bit wider)
