Sony Ericsson PSP Phone
Rumours fly around the Internet all the time, but this is one that might actually happen this year. If you just think about it mobile gaming is such a big market and one of the issues is using the key-pad on your mobile to control the game. Well Sony can easily solved this by replacing keys from the numeric keypad with game controls, and they have year of experience behind them in the area.
With a large library of PSP titles behind them this will explode onto the market with a backlog of games. Just on the techie side the phone will come with rotating display to access other functions of the phone. When the device is in the phone mode, you get a simple phone with numeric keypad, menu and function keys. Rotating the screen to 180 degrees, menu/function keys are turn into game controls for portable phone gaming. If the screen is turned only 90 degress, the PSP phone might turn into a mobile TV also?
