iPhone Remote Control
Posted on December 22, 2007 by Colm
Nice little app this if you happen to have an iPhone and Mainlobby, now mainlobby is a really cool devise that lets you control various items around your house (lighting, heating, TV and other video equipment, audio and anything else that you could probably think of)
The Mainlobby device comes with a web interface and they have released software that will work with an iPhone or iTouch. It works by using Mainlobby’s built in web server and Safari’s AJAX support.
I guess it’s really handy with the advantage of the iPhone touch screen and nice if you have a big home to have this equipment in that you need remote controlled lighting…I would really go for this if it was able to open the fridge and get me a beer, but I might have to wait for the next software version.
