This could only happen in America - A 29-year-old man named Randy-Jay Adolphos Jones is accused of stealing a woman’s phone, then demanding $185,000 RANSOM for its return.
The woman was just a little taken back but managed to talk him down to $200, she then arranged to meet him where you guessed the cops where ready to have a little chat.
