iPhone owner sues AT&T, Apple and Steve Jobs
What’s the point is just suing Apple – Why not sue everybody involved, that’s what Dongmei Li has decided to do.
Li is a little pissed off with them after the price drop on September 5th and is accusing them of “price discrimination, underselling, discrimination in rebates, deceptive actions and other wrongdoings.
And wait for it, she’s suing for “compensatory damages in the amount of $1 million”
