Mobile TV
Nokia and Motorola have agreed to work together to promote mobile tv standard DVB-H. At the moment there are a number of comperting mobile TV techologies and nobody knows whos going to win, but with the new Nokia and Motorola are going to cooperate together DVB-H may become a standard.
DVB-H is thought by many industry watchers to be the eventual winner in the standards war – this is also a prediction which will likely be given more weight in light of today’s announcement. According to research company Informa more than 50 million DVB-H devices will be sold in 2010.
